A breakfast garden to remember

I awoke to the inviting aroma of Turkish coffee each morning. The helpful staff always greeted us with warm smiles. The location was unbeatable, mere minutes from iconic sites.

However, the size of the room felt constricted, especially with a baby in tow. The absence of a typical blanket took some getting used to, as I prefer more warmth while sleeping.

The location was unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to iconic spots like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Zeki, our host, was helpful and arranged transportation on short notice. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. 🌟

The hotel was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the beautiful breakfast setting in the garden, with attentive staff who prepared delicious Turkish cuisine every morning.

While the hotel was in a great location, I found the breakfast options to be quite limited. The noise level from the street made it difficult to sleep, especially when the calls to prayer began early in the morning. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent, and I had to deal with some maintenance issues that weren't addressed promptly.

It was just a good match for a weekend escape in Istanbul at a reasonable price. The rainfall shower was refreshing after long days out exploring. Consider bringing earplugs for the early morning noises.

Staying just a few steps away from iconic spots like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia made morning strolls incredibly convenient, while nearby Gulhane Park offered a peaceful retreat to relax and soak up the atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the clean and well-maintained property, which made each return from exploration a pleasure.

We stayed in a Family Suite for 5 nights, and it was spacious with two interconnecting rooms, which was perfect for us. The two bathrooms were a huge plus! The beds were super comfy, and the decor had a nice touch. The cleanliness was spot on. It was great to come back to such a neat space after a day out exploring. Only downside was a bit of noise from the street, but it didn’t ruin the stay.
